Getting my car repaired when I could be in danger! I was on my way home from the market and my Ford Fusion 2017 with 13,000 miles on it, purchased from Flood Ford, just shut down and the accessory mod I was on my way home from the market and my Ford Fusion 2017 with 13,000 miles on it, purchased from Flood Ford, just shut down and the accessory mode flashed on the screen and it wouldn't start. After many tries I finally started the Fusion. This same problem has continued several times since. I called the service dept at Flood Service Dept. and was given an appointment on October 16,a month and half from the date of car failing. I called Tasca and on Monday, Sept 10 Tasca will look at my car. I am very unhappy with the service from Flood and will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Word of advise, hirer some help in your service department. More

So naturally when I was in the market for a new car, this was the first and only place I visited. Mike Lancia, the sales rep, was fantastic. He is very easy to work with and never pressured me. He also found me my dream truck. Unfortunately it was at a partner dealership, but Mike had it sent over so I could check it out and test drive it. I loved it and ended up purchasing it. The service department installed my add-ons superbly. The whole financial process was very easy thanks to Joe Pezza, the business manager. He answered all of my questions an explained everything completely. This dealership is awesome which is why I traveled over a hour and a half to purchase my vehicle. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new car! More
