DAVE is WONDERFUL. Luis the service associate was friendly & very helpful. I came in for a recall issue & he found another recall to be done. I also told him about the slight battery issue I was having & that the auto sta I came in for a recall issue & he found another recall to be done. I also told him about the slight battery issue I was having & that the auto start / stop was not working. He stated & would have it checked out. Got a call a few hours later from him stating my truck was ready & also installed a new battery. I was very pleased with his attention. Thi is my 3rd vehicle I have bought from FLF & would recommend them to all. More

Nick the Service Writer is incredible. Extremely patient and understanding. Both times my truck has been in, I’ve had to fight with warranty coverage, but he was very communicative and tho Extremely patient and understanding.
