"Our Buying Experience was a Pleasure" Our initial Email and Phone contact was with Sales (Internet) and Leasing Consultant, Raul Valles. We knew, specifically, what type of vehicle we want Our initial Email and Phone contact was with Sales (Internet) and Leasing Consultant, Raul Valles. We knew, specifically, what type of vehicle we wanted and when we arrived at Ford Country, Raul had the exact vehicle available that we had previously discussed. We appreciated that Raul took the time to show us an upgraded model and explain the differences and features that we may have been interested in. However, there was no high pressure for us to take that model and we respectfully declined. With Raul's very friendly and impressive professional assistance and his experience and knowledge of the vehicle we came for, we were able to find the exact car we wanted at the very best price. It was truly a pleasure working directly with Raul Valles (Sales) and Sam Margolis (Finance) and all the other employees that we briefly came in contact with. We were both impressed at how smoothly this deal went and highly recommend Ford Country and it's great employees! Ford Motor Company can be proud of this dealership and their employees. pretty painless After emailing and texting with Raul Valles on presidents day, I decided I would go in and see if they could make this deal. Granted, I went in for a brand new 2015 Ford Fusion for practiclally the same payment as my pre-owned 2010 Ford Focus I bought from them three years prior. After a little bit, they were able to make it work. Never in my dreams did I expect to he driving a new car, let alone for the payment I wanted. Thanks again to everyone that made this possible. More

Not very happy after buying 5 trucks from ford country I was very happy I bought my last truck 4 months ago. I went back to but another truck after two trips to for after buying 5 trucks from ford country I was very happy I bought my last truck 4 months ago. I went back to but another truck after two trips to ford we came up with a payment that was close.my wife neede to come in and sign paper work later that night after we had dinner, during that time I got buyers remorse and called my salesman and too him I had changed my mind. In about 5 minutes I got a call fro Chris M. Asking what had happen I lold him not happy with payment and that i had changed my mind, he then said come in tomorrow and I will get you the payment you want. So I came in the next day with my daughter went to the counter and told the salesman and Chris lets see what we can do, he then said that he would not do anything unless my wife was in the store and I had a check in my hand.he was very rude and unprofessional to me and my 21 year of daughter. Then my son and I were looking for a car for him a sale person came up and ask if we needed help, I told him I was nt happy with ford. Jose the said let me see what I can do for you, he tool info on what I wanted and said I will call you right back. This was on Saturday no call in Monday I called him back he said to come in and see what Chris could do, when I was leaving the parking lot Kevin V gave me his card and said call me I'll help you out. I called him on Monday after calling Jose back he said let me check on the rebates and I will call you back, it's now 9:30 no call, Eirher way I'm still a customer and I did want to buy a truck but apparently no one in interested .
