From the moment I was greeted at the door to when I picked up the car, the Fred Anderson staff completely turned around a really stressful week. Last week, I had taken my car in to another shop for multiple fixes that had gone poorly. I was lucky enough to have been following my partner to Fred Anderson when the power steering on my car went out. Leroy in the servicing department immediately explained the situation with my car, walked me through the fixes, and they even took care of recalls while my car was in! RJ also stepped in to help with a loaner car, but they had my car ready by the time I arrived to get the rental! I almost teared up-- it was such a breath of fresh air to be helped so efficiently, and with professionalism and kindness. I will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on. Thank you, Fred Anderson team!! You guys make a real difference!! More
