Connor was amazing. In addition to his friendly, easy going nature, I appreciate that he undertook a very thorough assessment of my needs and preferences and didn't try In addition to his friendly, easy going nature, I appreciate that he undertook a very thorough assessment of my needs and preferences and didn't try to pressure me into anything. It was apparent that he really knew his stuff and could answer my questions honestly and accurately. He also wants customers to be satisfied, so he's been attentive with follow up to make sure that I was happy! Additionally, Matt in Finance was very low pressure, kind and explained complicated documents in an accessible way. My car buying experience here was completely unexpected in a positive way.
