Regular schedule maintenance I liked the the fact that David in service was very accommodating with my request. The waiting area was spacious and comforable. They have a plethora of sedans, and SUV's available on their lot and in their showroom for patrons to check out They also have knowledgeable, friendly, staff. Eric was the team member who walked me through this whole process from beginning to end. He introduced himself as I was walking from my parked car to an outdoor display of shiny cars. He asked a few questions and learned All Wheel Drive, comfort, ample trunk space for two sets of golf clubs, moonroof, and heated seats were priorities for me Then he showed me cars that fit my needs. We went on a test drive and he demonstrated markable amenities in a 2018 Legacy. It was impressive- that 2.5L DOHC 4 cylinder boxer engine is effective. Eric. explained how well constructed these vehicles are and how economically friendly they are to the wallet. I had plenty of information and had my questions answered. I came back a second time the following day and happily left with my Subaru Legacy. Getting the paperwork finalized and working with Gerald Subaru's other team members was smooth and easy, too. They made me, the purchaser of a model and make which was new to me feel very satisfied. Eric assured me he would be available to help with any up-coming questions that might develop since my Subaru Legacy has more equipment and convenience items than a 7-11.
