They were willing to provide me with detailed service records for the vehicle, and they even had Kent, one of their mechanics, take the time to show me the brakes on the car. We have two Subarus (a Crosstrek and a Forester), bot 24000 mile service for my 2018 Forester. As always the service was done perfectly and on time. We have two Subarus (a Crosstrek and a Forester), both of which have ONLY had service done BY Gerald Subaru. I wish we had an option to add an additional 36000 mile service plan for both vehicles but that doesn't seem to be an option. Regardless, with the quality of the work that has been done so for we WILL be staying with Gerald Subaru for further service More

Scott and Kent performed the repairs needed to get my car back in working order. When I drove my car out of the lot, I muted the radio and heard absolutely nothing (as in no worrisome sounds like it was exhibiting before) which made me extremely happy. My wheel bearing issue was addressed and my brakes and rotors were replaced. Count me in as a satisfied customer. Thank you! More
