My BMW had stalled at a red light in Naples and would not start it was a Sunday afternoon so I had my car towed to BMW of Bonita Springs. First thing on Monday morning Tona Zarrelli called me and said she wo start it was a Sunday afternoon so I had my car towed to BMW of Bonita Springs. First thing on Monday morning Tona Zarrelli called me and said she would get my car in the shop right away and would call me as soon as she knew what was going on with my car. She called me back and said that the mechanic had gone through the whole vehicle and determined my battery needed to be replaced. I agreed with the mechanic as the battery was more than 6 years old. They replaced the battery and had the car cleaned and washed and returned to me that same day. Tona was fantastic she was very pleasant and she treated me like I was her most important customer she kept informed throughout the whole repair process. I was very pleased with the service that I received and would highly recommend Tona Zarelli and BMW of Bonita Springs.
