Came in for an oil change and left with a new 2012 CR-V LX. The Honda Exchange Program worked in my favor and Seref Denizeri made a miracle deal today! He was very accomodating and communicated with me by phone and in writing in answer to my inquiry. George Donovan is my service Advisor at 239-643-4044, Ext. 242. His cell is 347-844-5874. I always see George when I bring my car in to be serviced. He greets me like an old friend and immediately gets the paper work started very soon after I arrive. Today I brought my car in late in the day at 4:00 p.m. for a lube,oil change, and tire rotation. He was just as interested in doing a good job for me at that hour even though I am sure he must have been tired at the end of the day. Usually I bring my car at the beginning of his work day. He treats me with great respect and is very sensitive to the fact that I do a lot of volunteer work and sometimes, not today, I have a full schedule of hospital visits for my church or a hospice visit as a volunteer for Avow Hospice here in Naples. A few months ago he gave me a beautiful loner car so I could make those visits while my car was being serviced with services that required more time. He accommodates me to the fullest and I am most appreciative. I have no trouble waiting for my car on almost all occasions. I am very happy to use the computer in the waiting room which is a huge plus for me and there is also a first class coffee machine in the same waiting area. I love to go to Germain Honda in Naples as you can read! I would appreciate your complimenting George on his exceptionally good care of my needs each time I come to his Germain Honda Service area. Lee Glesmer helped us with a complicated repair on our brand new Honda CR-V. He secured another vehicle for us while ours was being fixed (at no expense to us.) This was done after knowing we were from out of state and would not be a follow -up customer. He got us coffee and talked to us about the service,and suggested follow-up procedures with our Honda dealer back in Michigan. I established a feeling of confidence with the entire dealership because of our association and communication with Lee. He is indeed a master in his position and a valuable asset for Germain Honda in Naples, Florida. My wife and I left saying that we had never had such excellent service and professional attention at any dealership anywhere we had ever been that can compare to our experience there. George provided great service as well as being extremely personable. Quite frankly, I can't say that I've always had the most pleasurable experience at car dealerships.
