Lee Glesmer helped us with a complicated repair on our brand new Honda CR-V. He secured another vehicle for us while ours was being fixed (at no expense to us.) This was done after knowing we were from out of state and would not be a follow -up customer. He got us coffee and talked to us about the service,and suggested follow-up procedures with our Honda dealer back in Michigan. I established a feeling of confidence with the entire dealership because of our association and communication with Lee. He is indeed a master in his position and a valuable asset for Germain Honda in Naples, Florida. My wife and I left saying that we had never had such excellent service and professional attention at any dealership anywhere we had ever been that can compare to our experience there.
