I took my car to get a oil change, (wednesday)the assistant informed me that I had a recall that need to be taking care of. I let them perform the oil change and do my recall. When I got home I notic assistant informed me that I had a recall that need to be taking care of. I let them perform the oil change and do my recall. When I got home I noticed a gap in my door panel and the arm rest had gaps also the plastic pieces had been broken. I call back the next day (Thursday)to let the service department know. They scheduled for me to bring my car back that day. The tech looked at my door panel and said some clips were not snapped back down so I scheduled to come back (Monday). I arrive Monday and they tech attempted to glue my panel back not properly fix the problem. The tech then states on my paperwork (Monday) that the panel was already broken, which was not true. I talked with the service manager and the general manger about this problem and they are saying that the tech did not break my door panel. This was bad customer service on all three of their parts. If my panel was already broken (Wednesday) they should of informed me that day. If it was already broken (Wednesday) why did the tech not inform me (Thursday ) when I brought the car back for him to look at it? The answer is because it was not broken. More

I thought I finally found a good dealership. I at first was interested in a certain car. I made an appointment right when they opened the next day. I told him the car I was interested in & he (Lee) said th was interested in a certain car. I made an appointment right when they opened the next day. I told him the car I was interested in & he (Lee) said they just sold it yesterday. What, you couldn't call to tell me that before I drove an hour to see it? He showed me a few cars & I ended up buying one. I should have haggled the price a little because I ended up paying a little too much for it. The next day I had to take it back because the transmission screwed up. They said the trans fluid was too high, so they drained it & put the correct level in. It was fine until 4 days after that, not even a week since the purchase, & had to take it back again. By then I just wanted to exchange for something else. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. I went in to see Neil, and Lee said we were there for him, which wasn't true. I told Lee what was going on w/ the trans. He blamed me for it & said that I broke it!! I didn't even want to see this guy & now he's blaming me for something that's not my fault. I finally was able to talk to Neil, who was easier to talk to. He seemed way more friendly than Lee, who was pushy & tried to crack jokes all the time. I ended up having the transmission replaced at no cost & was even given a rental car for the week, which was pretty nice considering I didn't pay for it. Neil was way more understanding & helped us a lot, but Lee was not. I recommend the dealership overall, but Lee Greenfield, I wouldn't recommend. Stay away from Lee!!! My ratings are based on Lee, not Neil. More

Purchased a used Nissan Titan. So far it has been an excellent choice for my needs. I only receive one key at purchased which I promptly locked in the vehicle. All the staff are very professional and courteous. From the moment we stepped back onto the lot (repeat customer), we were greeted and assisted, not your usual pushy salesmanship experience. Gary Simmons was the salesman and each time I return to the dealership for service/parts, he always remembers me and takes the time to say hello, and sends out email reminders for servicing--a true gentleman. As for the service department, Holly is a gem and doesn't try to sell me on unnecessary service--just the facts. As for the parts department, Lee Hollingsworth is fantastic--goes the next step to ensure he can provide you the right part(s) at the best price--very competitive in parts pricing. For the Hampton Roads area, this is the only Toyota dealership I am willing to work with. Tried out others and felt taken advantage of, just another number to them. Willing to pay the toll fee to Gloucester each time, worth the price for great service! More
