My family has purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer (2 new and 1 used) and every time I leave I am a satisfied customer. Mark especially goes out of his way to see that his customers are handled and everyone there is courteous, from the person who answers the phone to the personnel in the sales department to the techs in the service department who write up work orders. Yes, their service department hours might be a little inconvenient at times but their customer service makes up for everything. I'm a customer for life and I've recommended them to many of my friends since finding this dealer. More

Service at Great lakes have no weekend hours and you can not drop you car off before 8:00 am. Most poeple need to be a work by 8:00 am. You can see them in the service department and the will no even let you in one minute before 8:00 Ever time I call up for service my husband has to call back they always give me the run around. More
