Not only was Carlos upfront and honest with my trade in vehicle price and the pricing of the vehicles being looked at, Carlos also went the extra mile to explain the vehicle (528ix-M) that I decided to lease. I have leased Mercedes, Audi,etc... And I have to say that this was the most pleasant and informative experience I have gone through at any dealership to date.
