In August of 2023, I was in the market for a Tacoma TRD OFF ROAD in lunar rock. The only dealership in VA that had this vehicle in stock was at HALL Toyota VA Beach (I live in downtown, RVA). As far as I’m concerned, when it comes to a vehicle purchase all dealerships are the same. They entice and promise the world. I’m a practical person with simple needs, so I don’t need any of that frivo purchase all dealerships are the same. They entice and promise the world. Sales person Phoebe Lagas and her Bossman Matt Kuhlman gave me a deal that was hard to pass up. And this was done with zero sales pressure, exactly the kind of buying experience I wanted. The dealership itself is well kept as far as the showroom’s layout. Plenty of amenities, and not overwhelming. A beer tap would’ve been nice, but hey, baby steps.
