It was a pleasure working with Jamie. He was very attentive and friendly. His customer service skills are top notch. We purchased a Ford Ranger from Harrisonburg and a Honda Civic from Harrisonburg Honda, it was great being able to have him help us with both purchase. Even after the purchase of our vehicles, Jamie has been very helpful. My husband and I for sure will look him up when it’s time to purchase new vehicles again.

I had planned to get several prices on a new C-Max. Harrisonburg Ford was the first place I checked, other than the internet, and I had the good fortune to connect with Justin Bowers. Justin quoted us a great price, better than I expected and in fact so good that I didn't check any further. He also made some exceptions for us, arranging for the sale to go through even though we will not be here when the car comes in and in fact won't arrive back home until about 3 months after the car is delivered.

Working with Justin has been a good experience.

Buying a vehicle is one of my least favorite things to do. Don't get me wrong, I love getting a new car, just hate the process.

THis was overall a very good experience. Jamie was very friendly and worked very hard to make the process smooth and find the car we wanted. He was very diligent and didn't let us give up. It was even fun!

I love my new vehicle/vehicles and would recommend this dealership.

The entire experience was smooth sailing, especially since my bf and I were on a budget (both time and money wise). We walked straight into the office and from the get go, Justin took us and our situation seriously and didn't try to pressure us into a vehicle that was out of our budget or our needs. Even with all the odds stacked, the process was enjoyable and almost felt like a social gathering rather than a purchase. We fell in love with our vehicle and having to part with it for a day just so it could have Armour protection coated on, it was quite difficult! We can't wait to be back behind the wheel of our Ford Focus! Thank you for all the convenience and ease of service you all showed us, it was a great time (and the new Ford helped too).

I went to this dealer as they have a great reputation for service and follow up service after the sale. I was not disappointed the salesman Justin Bowers was very thorough, he found exactly the car I wanted at the price I wanted. the car was ready when I went to pick it up with fuel. I had to take my 2 year old when I went to finish the paperwork and he even entertained her! He made us feel like we mattered, it was very nice to find good customer service and it continued after the sale, to me that says a lot. I would recommend this dealer and Justin as one of the best.

My wife and I had done an internet search for vehicles which led us to Harrisonburg Ford. Before we had even visited the dealership I had submitted our credit application and the information on the vehicle we were considering. Shortly after I was contacted by James Ward. James is very upbeat and positive, but not overbearing. I contacted James on a Saturday morning and told him we would be there to test drive the vehicle. He told us that he would have it ready. When we arrived as promised the vehicle was on the Vip Pad. We test drove worked out the numbers and it was a done deal. James is an awesome salesman. I will be contacting him in the future for any vehicle needs I have. Overall I would recommend Harrisonburg Ford to anyone. We even got to speak to the owner for a few minutes. He congratulated us on our purchase and was very friendly and down to earth. Thanks a lot to everyone at Harrisonburg Ford. Especially James Ward and Jim Bergquist for making our buying experience streamlined.

We spent the majority of the four weeks it took to find the right vehicle working with James. James is the reason we kept coming back. He was assertive enough to let me know that he wanted to sell me a vehicle, but was not crazy car-salesman pushy. He understood that we were working with a budget, and worked to keep us within it. Harry helped to support James by providing additional expertise on Ford vehicles and taking a managerial interest in our case and helping us stick to our budget. Jim did his business manager magic, found the best creditor availalbe, explained the paperwork and made sure all was good to get us into our vehicle. The team dynamic present at Harrisonburg Ford outweighs what I've seen at any other dealer. We'll probably be back in the next month or so for a vehicle for my wife.

I think Justin is the best sales man he is so much fun... i would never buy a car off any one But Justin....sorry but if it was based on the fiance man i would not buy a car a Harrisonburg Ford .

I wasn't really looking for a vehicle although my wife and I wanted one for the past few months. After meeting Justin Bowers and seeing how he does business, we knew right away that we were buying a vehicle. He was so busy when we got there but still made time to show us all our options. I think a combination of his great personality and his great looks is why he is so successful! I would recomend Justin to ANYONE looking for a great car buying experience!
