#4823 on 11/16/2020 Edit: I was contacted by Hawk Chevy after my post on 11/16/2020. The situation was explained further and now understand the problem was out of Hawk Chevy’s control. It was more a GM warranty issue. I appreciate them contacting me to make things right.
