I have been dealing with Hendricks Honda since 2004 when we purchased our very first Honda. I would recommend this dealership in a heart beat. They treat their customers like family. Common sense approach I've been visiting the Honda service department since I first bought a Honda in 1989. (By the way, the '89 Accord is still alive and well.) It is the CRV that I brought in for an annual inspection and servicing. Jeff Gossman assisted me in determining which services were needed and/or not needed. best price!!! The only problem i had was the Financial advisor was too pushy for me to get the Gap insurance and the extended warranty. It took me about 10 days of looking around and doing research on-line to make sure I was comfortable with the car I was purchasing. I wanted the time to compare similar cars, make sure I knew what price I should be asking for, compare prices with other dealers, etc; I really appreciated that Farid Soufi was very patient and understanding through that process. There was none of the dreaded car salesman pushiness one might worry about. Even better, I thought Farid and his floor manager were very fair in the price negotiation. They reviewed documentation I provided and worked out the price I wanted. Farid was super responsive by phone and text through the week. Met with me three times at the dealership including a good test drive. Just an exceptionally nice person to deal with overall. I would not hesitate to work with him again. Completed the financial transaction with Jessica Blankenship who was top notch as well. Very friendly and efficient. More
