Honda Pilot Service The service performed on my Honda Pilot was good. The service rep pointed out that our annual inspection was due, but the inspection was not complete The service performed on my Honda Pilot was good. The service rep pointed out that our annual inspection was due, but the inspection was not completed on the vehicle. Additionally, we dropped the vehicle off at the dealership at 9:45am on September 4th and we were told that our Pilot would be done around 1-2pm. I called at 3:20pm and was told the vehicle was not done. I was told the vehicle should be done around 4-5pm. I called to request a ride to the dealership from the Hendricks Honda shuttle and the first shuttle driver was not available. I called the dealership and informed them that the shuttle driver was not available. I was given another number to call for the shuttle pickup. The driver informed me that he could possibly pick me up between 4:30-4:45pm. He arrived around 5:25. I recommend that Hendricks Honda modify the process of prioritizing vehicle service. If I bring my car in for service and wait for it, my car gets serviced right away. If I drop my car off, it is set aside and given less priority. I don't agree with this business practice.
