Worst service I ever had at dealership. A three day repair took 29 day to get done. I got no communication about delays, except when I called to find out if my car was ready, and was told t A three day repair took 29 day to get done. I got no communication about delays, except when I called to find out if my car was ready, and was told the part was not in. After calling Ford directly, the part got shipped, but my work was still delayed another week. They did do an oil change for free, and said they did a balance and rotation of the tires. But my front driver's side tire is out of balance. Worst service ever. Go somewhere else for service. More
