I had a need for an urgent repair and made a call short notice on a rainy Saturday. I reached Brian who said to bring it down and he would take care of it. This is illustrative of the service that I always receive from Herb Hyundai and it is why I have purchased four vehicles from them in my purchasing history and will not purchase anywhere else. A lot of dealers can claim personal service but Herb delivers on it. It is just not the normal atmosphere that you would experience in a dealership. We will be Hyundai and Herb Connolly loyalists because of the staff and managers as Felipe and Brian. Great job Herb Connolly Hyundai! More

I also bought my civic from Herb and was pleased with the quality of the used car and the price. The necessary service so soon was of a part that worked fine for two months then quit. I've always had positive experiences getting my Chevys serviced at this dealership. I don't mind at all driving out to Framingham from Worcester to have my car kept up to date with each oil change. I have bought my last 3 cars from one of the Connolly dealerships and there is a reason for that. They are extremely honest, fair, and make every effort to not only keep you as a customer, but keep you a dealerships and there is a reason for that. I am spoiled by the treatment I receive whenever I go there, and don't plan on using another dealer for anything for a very long time. I needed an oil change and my "tire pressure" light came on every time I turned on the car. I checked my tire pressure and my husband did as well and there wasn't a problem. I now turn on my car and don't have a worry that there "might" be something wrong with my tires. This is very important to me as I commute a long distance to work alone and often don't return home until 9 pm or later. I was very happy with my first service experience. Service was promt and all the staff was very friendly. I felt the service people went the extra distance in everything they did. That type of care and concern is what will keep me coming back. Most places do the bare minimum. I like that your dealrship did not. I hope it continues. I will be a customer as long as you do. More
