Within 5 minutes of placing a request for the cost of a new MX-5, we recieved a phone call from Scott (this was just after 9 pm, when the poor guy should have been on his way home) He prepared a quote for new MX-5, we recieved a phone call from Scott (this was just after 9 pm, when the poor guy should have been on his way home) He prepared a quote for us that night so we could forward it to the insurance company. We went in the next day to check out the car; I arranged financing and within two days it was in the driveway. The financing went through seemlessly. The whole experience was easy and low stress. We had a minor issue with the battery which was rectified immediately. By immediately, I mean as soon as the car entered the lot! This is a class outfit from top to bottom. More

He never pushed me to buy up. Chad was very thorough and patient about explaining every feature of the car even after the deal was sealed. My Mazda 3 came with bluetooth and Chad set the whole thing up before I left. Scott was great too. He explained each cost and all of my options in a way that I could easily understand. I felt like I got a great deal and he gave me a fair price on my trade in. He even let me borrow his computer to read reviews (Edmunds, etc.) of the Mazda 3 as well as other cars I was considering! The facility is very nice too. Chad gave me a little tour of the sevice waiting area. It looked clean and comfortable plus free wifi. When I'm ready to buy a new car, Heritage Mazda Towson will be my first stop! More

I had some crazy circumstances regarding the trade in of my old car (paid off but co-owned with an ex), Chris, Joe and the whole team were patient and went out of their way to make this lease happen. I traveled an hour and a half to shop for a used CX-7 there because 1.) they had more in stock than the others combined 2.) they had the best prices I could find and 3.) respect and confidence in that it is a MileOne dealership! That visit paid off because I left with, what can only be described as, my dream car! No scams, no hidden fees, no gimics and we were treated so well and got such a great deal! They earned our business as well as our loyalty and in the future we will be visiting them first when looking for a new or used vehicle. More
