Reggie has a great personality as well as being very knowledgeable of the whole sales process and explained each detail where it was easy to understand and know what to expect. We had a discrepancy in the final paperwork and when we brought it to his attention, he quickly got with management and gladly fixed the issue. The whole process was professional.
