The Service underwriter either doesn’t understand what he’s doing or wasnt truthful with me. When confronted he backpedaled but didn’t accept responsibility or apologize. Holm Automotive is a very good dealer! I appreciate the professionalism of all the staff I have worked with. The only issue I had was the truck was covered in body shop dust that required I appreciate the professionalism of all the staff I have worked with. The only issue I had was the truck was covered in body shop dust that required me to take it to a car wash. It would not blow off. Had to be washed. I brought it in freshly waxed. More
