I live in a rural area of Kansas and am very busy with school and work. I originally sent out e-mails to several dealerships to feel out ahead of time where I wanted to travel. Michelle was one of the first back to me, and was happy to work with me on the terms that I needed to work with. I did not spend a whole lot of time on the lot, because I live two hours away from Abilene, but I may as well have been dealing with someone next door, as I never felt out of the loop or uncared about as a customer. When I finally went in to pick up my car, they were quite busy, but I still didn't have to wait long to finish up. Michelle made sure I had a full tank of gas and knew how to run all the gadgets in my new car as well. This is a dealership to which I will return.

Overall I was pleased with my experience. I was disappointed when lead to believe the vehicle I was purchasing was GMC certified and I would get additional 12 months/12,000 mile warranty then during buying process I was told neither was correct.

I just bought my second car from Holm Automotive and I love it! My husband and I came to Holm two years ago because they had a great deal on the ideal car for us. I came back because of the fabulous service we received over the last two years and, since my husband has passed away, I needed to go somewhere I felt comfortable and work with people I could trust. Michelle is the perfect salesperson... she really listened to what I wanted, was very patient and found my next "ideal vehicle" without pressure or the old-fashion "salesman slang" that used to make me dread car buying! And, when I would drop in to look and Michelle wasn't there, Ross, Chris Eckert, and Brent were helpful as well. Chris Scherbring helped seal the deal on my three trade-ins and Pat had me on my way quickly and efficiently. Thank you!!

I felt the pickup was quality and that the deal we negotiated was very acceptable. salesperson was friendly and helpful. the pickup on the drive home was very enjoyable

Exceptional in every aspect. Everyone went out of their way to accomodate my crazy schedule. Michelle encouraged me to test drive several vehicles to find the one that best suited my needs. No hassles...no pressure....just good ole hometown neighborly assistance. If they dont have what you need...they will go out of their way to find it. The body shop crew is exceptional as well....they worked on one of my other vehicles and it looked perfect when they were done.
