Their pricing is competitive with all surrounding dealerships, their quality of work is superior and their customer service is top notch. In the past, when I had dealt with other dealerships, I felt like all they cared about was making their money. Jeff continues to call monthly just to make sure that things are going well. At Holm Automotive, they make you feel like you are part of their family. The overall experience is far above all other dealerships. Jeff Holm may be the last honest, caring salesman left alive.

Twenty five years ago, I dealt with Holm Automotive regarding the repair of a 1955 Chevrolet which stopped on me as I approached Abilene while driving on Interstate 70. It was a good experience.

I recently noted an ad in the Salina Journal advertising a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze for $17,777. In visiting the dealership it did not take long to decide this was probably not the car I wanted but another Cruze in stock got my attention.


Chuck Stein, who my family dealt with 50 years ago when he was part owner of a dealership in Minneapolis is now employed with the sales department at Holm Automotive. He made me an offer I could not refuse and a deal was made.

We are very pleased with Cruze and found out very quickly a driver can reach a speed of 80 miles per hour in a four cylinder Cruze.

We recently ended our three year lease term on a Chevrolet Malibu through Holm Automotive.We were very pleased with the Malibu and the lease option. We had to make a decision whether to lease another vehicle or buy a vehicle. We worked with Chris Eckert who was very helpful and patient with us! He allowed us to test drive many different vehicles and we ended up purchasing a great Chevrolet Equinox. Chris was great to work with in helping us find the right vehicle to meet our needs. Pat Magee was also great to work with in helping us with the financing of our new vehicle. I have been a customer of Holm's Automotive for many, many years and have always been very pleased with the customer service that they provide in all departments!

A couple of years ago I went to a car dealership that I had purchased two prior vehicles from. On this visit I had planned on purchasing a new vehicle for my wife. While at the dealership I met with the finance manager (who must have had something on his mind other than selling me a car) who acted like he was late for dinner and I was the only thing stopping him from leaving work. Needless to say, I left this dealership without buying a car and planned on driving to Wichita the next day to buy my wife a car. On my way to Wichita, we stopped in Abilene at McDonalds and happened to see Holm's dealership and thought what the heck lets see what they got. Needless to say, I met with the staff at this dealership and was treated like an old time friend. Everyone at the dealer ship was extremely friendly and honest. As of last week, I just purchased my third vehicle from this dealership and have recommended to many friends to visit this dealership. The last two vehicles I have purchased we had Cy Taylor as our sales man and Pat Magee as our finance manager. Both men are great and I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to use them. One last thing I will say is the service center is also great. A couple of months back we had an unexpected funeral come up out of state. I called to try and schedule an oil change at the last minute. Like I expected, they were booked solid and could not get me in. I told the person (I wish I could remember his name to give him credit but I cant) I was speaking with on the phone that it was not a problem as it was last minute and that I would just try and find somewhere else to get it done. The man then asked me what was going on and I explained. He told me to bring my car in and they would fit me in. They got us in and changed our oil quickly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I recently purchased a Chevy Silverado from Holm Automotive and I am very pleased with the purchase. My salesman was David Surritte and he did and excellent job assisting me with the purchase of the truck. He is very conscientious and followed up with me after the purchase. I would not hesitate to call on Holm Automotive and David for another vehicle.

I was so impressed with the service and the good professionalism by Brian W. Haden on my last visit to Holm automotive Center. I was informed and he keep me posted on the problems they found with my car when I took it in for a regular service call. He made sure that my car was clean when he gave the car back to me. You need more service consultant's like Brian in your dealerships!

The reason I have given it a high rating for customer service is because we were 150 plus miles from home heading east on I-70 near Salina on a trip that would go through several states, (needing to get to KY the next evening) when our car started acting up. We were able to get to the next town which was Abilene and found Holms Automotive Center but they were getting ready to close for the day. Jamie and the mechanic were willing to stay longer to check out our car offering us great customer service!.
The reason I have rated it high for quality of work is because the mechanic was very thorough in testing it to make sure he knew what needed to be done to fix the problem. The service and work was efficient and effective.
The workers and staff were all very friendly and courteous even when it was almost closing time, They went beyond their responsibility in recommending some options for motels, and places to eat.and by offering rides to and from the motel while our car was getting fixed!
The next day everything went as planned and our overall experience with this business was terrific.The price was even much lower than was anticipated. Later in the day we were pleased and surprised to get a phone call from Jamie wondering how the car was working.
We have not had any problems with the car since! We are so pleased with the professional and good service we were given and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Buying a used car has never been this easy, fast or friendly! The staff, particularly Dave Surritte, went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel comfortable and important. Despite the chaos of remodeling, which undoubtably created hurdles for them, they made our experience positive, treated our time respectfully and made the effort to explain each & every step thoroughly.

We traded in our Dodge Journey and leased a 2013 Equinox. This is the first time we have leased a vehicle. The vehicle is great. I love the gas mileage, the comfort, the bluetooth, etc. Ross and Jed were extremely good to work with. I hope their service continues to be just a good. If so, we will continue to do business with them.
