Our relationship began with Holm Motor co. in Ellsworth, KS. many years ago. As the saying goes "First impressions are lasting impressions."---and doing business with Jeff Holm was pleasant, professional, a KS. many years ago. As a result, we have continued to call Jeff when we are ready to make another trade. We live near Emporia, Ks, and have a local dealership here, but because of the fine service we have received from Jeff, we prefer to drive the extra miles to Salina where we are confident that we are getting the best trade-in value. If the vehicle we desire, isnt on the lot, Jeff works diligently finding it for us. Some friends of ours were recently seeking to trade vehicles. We brought them to Salina, introduced them to Jeff, and they happily drove away in a new car. They too recognized the honest and sincere salesmanship. The people atHolm Automotive Center are all very pleasant and accomodating. The service department was expedient and helpful, and concientious in the service of our vehicle as well. Jeff Holm and Holm Automotive Center are very accomodating when servicing my vehicle. Jeff takes care of getting my car to the service department as well as giving me a vehicle to drive while mi accomodating when servicing my vehicle. Jeff takes care of getting my car to the service department as well as giving me a vehicle to drive while mine is being serviced (I live approximately 50-60 miles away from the dealership, but near Jeff Holm). The last service I had done I had the oil changed, but also had them fix a couple of minor problems. My car was scheduled right away and I had my car back in the same day. They did have to order some parts but, again, Jeff took the car for me and had both problems fixed in the next visit. The service could not be any better as far as I'm concerned. They are always very friendly and very compentent in fixing any problems I have had. More
