“Ernie Cares” is displayed everywhere throughout this dealership! The truth is ERNIE DOESN’T CARE! Let’s talk about false advertising The so called manager actually told us they advertise these prices to draw people in! He said he could never sell the cars at advertised prices because he would never make any money. Furthermore… they add on phony charges and expect the consumer to pay. After much negotiations and standing firm that we would not pay these charges (hours and hours), we filled out all of the paperwork to purchase a Chrysler Pacifica. When we returned to pick up the car, it was damaged down the driver’s side. They agreed it had been damaged during detailing. We offered to take care of it if they took some money off. The so called manager, Julian aka Chappy, said he wouldn’t take any money off because he took a bath on the price. We agreed to let them fix it. Upon returning to pick it up, it looked horrific! You could actually see where they taped it! Shoddy, shoddy work. The so called manager wouldn’t even come out and speak to us! Another person came out. We refused delivery of the vehicle. We left the dealership completely dissatisfied. This dealership is run so unprofessionally. If I could give this place less than zero, I would!!!!! AVOID HONDA OF FT. MYERS at all cost. Let me tell you, after three visits back and forth in an effort to purchase a vehicle and leaving empty handed and dissatisfied, I would NEVER BUY A CAR from this dealership. Horribly run! Good as far as courtesy except I wanted to drive the car on the highway & was told I couldn't. So now I notice it's noisy inside the cabin and feel the rough & bumpy.
