My son and I were at the dealership for over 6 hours. . our finance person tried to scam me and offer me 20% interest rate. Somehow it came all the way down to 6%? Ashton was ok very new but good kid and works hard. General sales manager takes things personally when we are talking about business and I had to ask for my keys back to my car 3 times. He actually questioned me on it and I had to inform him on why I would have to ask for my keys back more than once. Deceptive tactics with online pricing showing a price then trying to tack on $3000 worth of “dealer installed options”. I was buying a used car priced at $19950. That’s a 15% increase in price!! While most of these were waived it is an absolute underhanded, misleading and deceptive tactic. Only reason this is a 3 is because JR the finance manager is amazing! More
Salesman I got was not very helpful with knowledge of car. I said i had done some research so they didn't go over anything about car with me. Once i finished up in finance room and getting insurance handled I had to search around for someone to take my trade in key and hadn't even been handed my keys for new car. Also with buying a brand new car you think it would have full tank of gas...it didn't. Car was detailed poorly. there was oily residue all over dashboard and windshield. Was also told over phone before going in to dealer that there would be all kinds of Memorial Day deals. Although when I arrived and mentioned that, they basically told me that they would be making so many sales that my business wasn't essential to them. All in all, not what I expected going in to buy my first brand new car. I didn't feel like they cared about my experience at all, just wanted my money. More
