Although I had to wait several weeks for delivery of the particular car I wanted, I am thoroughly satisfied with the entire transaction. And, let me add, with its stylish looks, great handling, a host of standard features and a very high fun-to-dollar ratio, I love this car! More

He was treated very well. It was straight to the point, in and out, no back and fourth communicating between the pricing of the vehicle. He got a very good deal and is very satisfied with his purchase. The staff is amazing and they give you great customer service. I bought my car in Gainesville and I did not receive any type of respect or satisfaction like my husband did at the St. Augustine location. I LOVE my car, but the staff was not what it should be. Living in St. Augustine makes my husband and I happy that we can get great customer service from friendly staff, as well as great service from the service department. The customer service that we received was above and beyond our expectations. We have never been taken care of as well at any dealership that we have dealt with over our 40 years together. My husband decided to go online to look for a red PT Cruiser and the immediate response from Roosevelt was unbelievable. Roosevelt not only called us within minutes of our request but he did not stop until he had put together a tremendous deal for us. We drove about 123 miles to be able to take advantage of the deal that Roosevelt offered us. We traded our truck for our new 2007 PT Cruiser. We wanted to save on gas and we are already planning a number of trips now that we are able to do just that. Even though our vehicle is not brand new, you would never know that by looking at it. It looked as though it just came off the showroom floor. The car is immaculate and it was everything Roosevelt said that it was. It was so well taken care of with records to show all the service over the years. When we pulled up at the dealership, we were greeted by Roosevelt who made us feel like we had known him forever which is quite a compliment to the man that he is. He had the car there ready for us to look at. We immediately took it for a test ride and loved it. We went into the dealership where Roosevelt got us drinks and we were able to take care of the paperwork. The entire process went so smoothly. We never had any process handled so quickly or effortlessly as this. There was no pressure or stress. Everyone we dealt with there was very friendly as well as extremely professional. We were very pleasantly surprised by a followup call from Roosevelt on Sunday to find out how everything was. We will hope to be able to send some business his way if at all possible. They did, in fact, achieve that goal. The negotiating process was fair and professional. I left the dealership with the car that I had pre-selected via the Internet. I feel that the price for the new car and the allowance for my trade-in were both in the area I went to the dealership expecting. I live in Jacksonville and there are two Hyundai dealers much closer to me than Hyundai of St. Augustine, but my Internet shopping experience made me decide to drive the extra distance and I have no regrets. I first spoke with Ryne, he was friendly and helpful and understood that I had to do most of the communications over the phone due to my work. He was not pushy and told me exactly what was happening. My husband and I have been reviewing several makes and models of new SUVs and narrowed down our research for a new car to a Santa Fe SE. He corresponded with Richard at Hyundai of St. Augustine via email and believed we had found a potential car to look at; it wasn't quite the same color that we wanted, but was a possible match. When we drove up to look at the car, it was not the color we thought it was and the right options. However, there was an upgraded model (Limited) that we actually liked better and ended up buying. To commensate us for the fact that we had driven about an hour for a car that turned out not to be what we thought it was, Jimmy worked up a price for the Limited and it turned out to be a great deal. We've had the car two days now and could not be happier. This is the first time we've dealt with this dealership and were very happy with the process. Would recommend them to anyone that wants to be treated fairly and honestly. More
