I planned and expected an entire day of stressful negotiating and mulling over trim details. WOW, was I surprised! I worked with Adam Murczek for my first Infiniti purchase. He took the time to get to know me and my family's needs. I was in and out in less than 2 hours with the perfect car. My experience with the service department was always excellent as I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Definitely a team you can trust! 2 1/2 years later, my family's needs changed. I needed something bigger, but was unsure of what I wanted. I immediately thought of my experience when I purchased my Q50. I stopped in on a Saturday morning to visit Adam and brought along my 2 daughters. He was very patient as he listened to all of our needs in wants for our next vehicle. He never tried to oversell and even offered suggestions for less expensive options. I drove home that day with more than I expected in a beautiful QX60...and everyone is happy! Before the test drive, Adam sat with me in the car to show me things he thought I needed to know about the car. He let my husband and I go alone on the test drive, which you don't find anymore. We are not buying a car; rather leasing. I told Adam I didn't like my high car payment, and I was looking for a lower payment. I was pleasantly surprised with the lease offers Infiniti was offering.
