Chris MCElroy is a huge reason why I keep going back to Jennings for all of my car service needs. Chris goes the extra mile to make sure that my Equinox is running and performing in tip-top shape. Great Service My suburban had an issue with the rear gate lock. I could not open the rear gate or the rear gate window. This was repaired by another dealership in F My suburban had an issue with the rear gate lock. I could not open the rear gate or the rear gate window. This was repaired by another dealership in Florida. Four month later, I am in the Chicago area and have the same issue. I brought it to Jennings and talk to Mac McElroy. He assured me that if this is the same issue, it will be fixed free of charge and it was. I picked my car next day with working locks and washed. Thank you. More

Great communication - service done correctly and on time I had a leak in my truck. Dave at Jennings Chevrolet was very thorough in pinpointing where the leak originated, getting the parts to repair, and rep I had a leak in my truck. I have a separate insurance package included in my lease and Mac called the company for me to make sure everything was taken care of. He kept me updated throughout the process and made me feel well taken care of. Mac is another great example of the outstanding service I can expect at Jennings. More

Above and Beyond the Call of Duty After a visit to the Apple Store last night to get a new phone battery installed, I discovered I was without any internet connection. It was VERY LATE After a visit to the Apple Store last night to get a new phone battery installed, I discovered I was without any internet connection. It was VERY LATE at night and I drove to Jennings on the off-chance someone would be there. WONDERFUL Chris Hallenberg was just leaving work but stayed with me in my car until the phone was connected and everything was working properly! Talk about going above and beyond his job description! Beware Jennings for parts or service. I needed a new key for my 2006 Pontiac Vibe. Jennings charged $45 for the look up and $9.00 for the key. They then Jennings for parts or service. I then took the problem to a Toyota dealer. They charge nothing for the look up and $5.00 for a key. Based on the prices, I consider Jennings to be an expensive place More
