I was somewhat pessimistic about being able to find an affordable car and a decent trade-in on my old Audi. I filled out the online form, and Cheryl called almost immediately, and after telling her what I was looking for, I made an appointment to see Don Wright. I immediately liked Don. He was not pushy or condescending because I was a woman. I was interested in the Kia Rio and Don did not push me into purchasing a different model. I was intent on staying with the Rio, without all the bells and whistles, and liked everything about it. Don understood my financial situation, and he went over and above his duty to secure this car for me. I never thought I would have a new car again,and I'm delighted with my Rio. Don, Cheryl and everyone I met at the dealership, made me feel special. If I would have gone elsewhere I would have short changed myself. I hate car shopping because I hate feeling pressured to something. I did not feel pressured to buy at Jim Butler Kia. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to afford a new car, but they somehow made it h something. I did not feel pressured to buy at Jim Butler Kia. Ben was so nice when he first walked up to us, and I knew I found someone I would feel comfortable buying a car from. I appreciated that he took time to figure out how much I wanted to spend first before he showed me anything. My sister wanted me to test drive a Soul, and Ben showed me the perfect one at the right price. I was thrilled! Justin got the payments right where I asked him to get them. I loved the fact that they didn't pressure me into looking at cars that I couldn't afford, and they didn't pressure me into getting extra warrenties that I couldn't afford. Plus, they were so fast. When I bought my other car it took me about a week for the entire process, but I drove off the lot with my new Soul about 3 hours after I got there. The great customer service didn't stop the day I bought my car. When I walked in to pick up my title, Ben jumped up out of his seat to greet me and asked how the car was. He even ran out to my car because they accidently gave me my sister's title (she bought a car from them too) to make sure I had the right one.
