I DROP MY VEHICLE OFF ON 8 APRIL 2024 AND THE TIME IT TOOK TO FIX WAS 21 DAYS. I DIDN'T GET MY VEHICLE BACK UNTIL 29 APRIL 2024. Worst car purchase experience, I have ever had. I purchased a used Jaguar online, worked with a sales person and agreed on a price. This was the easy part. I live in NC and I paid to have the car d I purchased a used Jaguar online, worked with a sales person and agreed on a price. This was the easy part. I live in NC and I paid to have the car delivered. The day the car arrived, the driver didn't have any paper work for car, and the temporary tag was in someone else name. I called the dealer back and make them aware of issues. A week goes by and no contact from anyone at dealership. When the paper work arrives it has the wrong address on all paper work . None of the forms where signed or completed by dealer, I have contacted an attorney. They just want your money. No one from dealer has contacted since I handed the driver a check. 4/23/24-I still have not gotten a signed damage form for car purchased and the temp tag expires this week, I have contacted my DMV here in NC and they don't have any paper work for car. Can you please advise ? More
