Worst car purchase experience, I have ever had. I purchased a used Jaguar online, worked with a sales person and agreed on a price. This was the easy part. I live in NC and I paid to have the car delivered. The day the car arrived, the driver didn't have any paper work for car, and the temporary tag was in someone else name. I called the dealer back and make them aware of issues. A week goes by and no contact from anyone at dealership. When the paper work arrives it has the wrong address on all paper work . None of the forms where signed or completed by dealer, I have contacted an attorney. They just want your money. No one from dealer has contacted since I handed the driver a check. 4/23/24-I still have not gotten a signed damage form for car purchased and the temp tag expires this week, I have contacted my DMV here in NC and they don't have any paper work for car. Can you please advise ? More

I asked if I could get my personal tags transferred to the 2016 Ford, and I was told that was against company policy. Also, there was a second key to the vehicle that he was going to look into. I have not the 2016 Ford, and I was told that was against company policy. Also, there was a second key to the vehicle that he was going to look into. I have not heard anything about that at all so far as customer service thumbs down ?? Service Manager/Dillon and the staff, took excellent care of our Gabby/2018 Sierra SLT. We called and explained what was happening and we were scheduled for the next available appt.
