I came in for my inspection sticker and a master switch for my window. The part needed to be ordered but the inspection had me in and out within 20 minutes, in time to make my 9 AM appointment. More

A true down to earth guy that understands the meaning of being honest and trustworthy. You are an awesome person Glen! I recently had my first oil change and service went very smoothly. I will keep this dealership in mind for a future purchase or lease. Thank you. More
Be careful with these guys I brought specific concerns to Service Writer: Chris Kielbasa regarding a humming noise coming from the rear of my 2008 Altima. I had self diagnosed I brought specific concerns to Service Writer: Chris Kielbasa regarding a humming noise coming from the rear of my 2008 Altima. I had self diagnosed the issue based on internet research as: rear bearing or hub issues. I dropped my car off early. I was called back fairly quickly by Chris who said, it was actually not the back wheels, rather a front hub issue. This Hub would need to be replaced. $220 part, $265 labor. Because he's a nice guy, and I also agreed to change all 4 brake pads, he took 10% off. Here is where the problems start. To be fair, this was my first bad experience with this particular dealership. This was also the first time I worked with Chris. I was told my car would be ready to be picked up by mid afternoon. I called around that time for an update and he said it was almost done and would go check. He said he'd call me back in 2 minutes. After an half hour of no call, I took; almost done at its word and was dropped off. Once there, Chris told me he had other people come into his office, that's why he didn't call back. The car would need another hour. Great. 1 1/2 later, I get my keys. Chris told me a subtle noise was still coming from the back, but this was likely based on low tire tread. (He offered to quote me for tires) Everything else checked out fine. Guess what: The noise was the exact same! SO maybe it was the tires all along. $500 later for 4 new tires, the noise is still there. I called Chris back (no one from Nissan reached out to check on the work) and I asked him specifically what work was done. I was kind on the phone. His response was, it's on the slip I gave you. We replaced the front wheel hub. When I said, the noise hadn't changed, his response was; well it could be a lot of things. Chris... If you're reading this... That is why I brought my Nissan to a Nissan dealership in the first place with a specific concern. I expected a full, inspection of the rear of my car. Perhaps a test drive pre and post. I received a post service survey and expressed these same concerns. No call back from the dealership. Instead, I received a second email saying; Thank you for choosing KELLY NISSAN OF LYNNFIELD, INC. Your recent survey feedback indicates we may not have met all your expectations during your recent visit to our dealership. This type of feedback is important to us as it provides an opportunity for us to improve the customer experience. Your Service team at KELLY NISSAN OF LYNNFIELD, INC wants to ensure that we have addressed any concerns you have raised. Please indicate if we have appropriately addressed your concern. What??? Please indicate if we have appropriately addressed your concerns? You did nothing. Final words: I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and the way I was treated as a frequent customer. I will not be bringing my Pathfinder or Nissan back to this location. More
Most HORRIFIC Service EVER!!!! I loved my Altima and so sad that I will no longer own a Nissan car again. This service i have have dealt with made me get rid of Nissan all togethe I loved my Altima and so sad that I will no longer own a Nissan car again. This service i have have dealt with made me get rid of Nissan all together. The service is have had was poor, appalling, horrific, unsatisfactory, as well as unprofessional, that includes services center, repairs, and managers. . My car was in the shop every week for five weeks and still my car is not working, and was given back to me in worse condition than it was given to them 3 weeks ago. Not only did it not get fixed but I had to pay money for them to look at it again. So after $3000 later in fixing my car is not sitting in my driveway and can not be driven. I have brought my car there each week first it was the battery, then its was wires, then they replaced the head gasket but then my oil went from full to empty in 7 days due to some work done to the head gasket that they fixed but refused to admit they messed it up and charged be $106 to look at it. The service man called me and said they "half look at it as much as they could before they had to charge me.", how unprofessional is that. Well needless to say my car now needs an engine they say and has a huge cloud of white smoke coming out my tail pipe. It drives worse than it did when I gave it to them after they replace the head gasket. They are not backing up their work they did, nor did they fix my car. This has been the most horrendous service I have ever had. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. So needless to say I'm an frustrated and beyond mad they you are not backing up your services that they charged me more money each time I bring it to them when it should be guaranteed. According to NISSAN they BACK UP THEIR SERVICES.... Apparently they do not because its still broken. I understand I may be a female but I an not rich nor gullible.. I think they need to check their employees as we well as managers, because they keep this unprofessional service up they will be out of business. After speaking to a manager about this situation he was not helpful at all and said he would look into it and call me back. But guess what he never called back he had his service worker call back with no resolution for the problem. oh and they charge me more money for an issue that still is not fixed. What a nightmare !!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

The employees at Kelly Nissan and at their Collision Center will lie right to your face without blinking and treat you like your the biggest most gullible dummy ever. The scary part is that the employees that I dealt with here appear to actually believe their own lies, as their so used to doing this day in and day out, its like second nature for these people. If you want peace of mind stay away from Kelly's Dealership. More
My bf came in 8 times to see what was wrong with his tires we figured it was the rim, every time it was something different. After the 8th time he finally told us it was the rim. Then jack proceeded to tires we figured it was the rim, every time it was something different. After the 8th time he finally told us it was the rim. Then jack proceeded to lie saying they do not fix rims there and that the warranty changed a year ago and that we need to call and they will fix it at our home or work. We called and the warranty people said what jack said was false. Seems to me your techs and managers don't know what you are doing. I do not reccomend jack or this place unless you would like to be lied to and get poor work done to your vehicle as well. More
I came into this location on a Wednesday to have my valve stem replace. I spoke to someone about a price for the part and the labor. I was told to have a seat and they would call me when they were ready. whe stem replace. I spoke to someone about a price for the part and the labor. I was told to have a seat and they would call me when they were ready. when my name was finally called, I was told that the service department was closed after I had already been waiting for nearly an hour. then I was told I should've brought my car into the service garage, which no one told me to do so, otherwise I would've done that. I'm sorry but this is probably the worst car dealer I've ever walked into. what should have been done is tell me from the beginning that they didn't have time to look at my car, rather than have me sit there for an hour. We purchased a used 08 Altima from this dealership and had nothing but issues from the start. Fritz was an okay sales person, and the only complaint I really have against him was that he promised to orde had nothing but issues from the start. Fritz was an okay sales person, and the only complaint I really have against him was that he promised to order us some touch up paint to fix a few minor scratches on the car and never did it. Now onto the problems with this dealership/service department: There seems to be a complete lack of communication between sales and service here. We were told by Fritz when we purchased that our first two oil changes were on the house. Upon showing up for the first service appointment, the receptionist in service had no idea what we were talking about and we had to haggle to get the oil change for free. When we purchased the car, the tire pressure senor indicator was on, and Fritz indicated that one or some of the tire pressure senors needed to be replaced. This was supposedly done before we picked up the car, however on our first long distance trip (about 3 hours from home) one of the tire pressure senors gave out, leaving us stranded in the middle of January weather. The dealership claimed ignorance about this issue and we had to get someone from Nissan customer service involved to get them to help us. We also had transmission issues with the car so much so that driving the car between 25-40 MPH made the entire car vibrate and shake. Finally after repeated visits to service complaining about this problem, they agreed to replace it under warranty. However, when I arrived to drop the car off to have it serviced, they didn't have a loaner car waiting for me to take even though I had confirmed I would need a loaner when the appointment was setup. The service manager actually said something to the effect of "I can't just give you a loaner if it's not in the system, because then my next customer won't have one to take." It's not my problem or fault that your service people didn't put me down for a loaner. After these experiences with the service department here, I stopped giving them my business. I have already traded in the 08 Altima I purchased here for a 2013 Maxima from a much better Nissan dealership. I would never recommend Kelly Nissan to anyone, in fact I have told at least a dozen people to steer clear of the place. Awful experience. More
Nissans are not bad cars, in fact we just got another one, after getting rid of the junk we purchased from Kelly a year and a half ago. I cannot recount the number of problems we have had with the compan one, after getting rid of the junk we purchased from Kelly a year and a half ago. I cannot recount the number of problems we have had with the company, service, and the car we purchased itself. Fortunately for Nissan we didn't blame the brand, but we definitely blame the dealership. The problems began right after we purchased our car. We bought a "certified" used car that was leased with low miles. Supposedly the car was checked over thoroughly before we could pick it up and take it home. Ok, fine. But then, please explain how we were left stranded in the middle of nowhere in the middle of winter because they failed to notice the TPS was causing a leak in the tire? We even had to pay out of pocket to have it fixed where we were. I was livid and spoke to the main "Kelly" office after (by this point we also failed to receive touch-up paint we had been promised, and the car was vibrating horribly when being driven, and had been given a hard time trying to get one of the three free oil changes we were promised when we bought the car. And the girl at the desk was plenty rude about it as well, asking who our sales rep was because they needed to figure out why he would say that, because its not something they offer. Perhaps the service department and sales should try talking once in a while. Sales had gone fine, I think the salesperson we had was a decent guy, though he still owes us some paint. Also, after having another problem "fixed" our window somehow lost the ability to be "automatic". At this point we took it to another dealer to fix it. At the other dealer we were told there was a problem with the shocks, that needed to be replaced. At this point we had it with our "certified" used car, and it is now out of our hands. When we got another Nissan from another dealership we were astounded by how thorough they were. Our salesperson went over the car bit by bit, and was really confused why we hadn't gotten the same treatment at Kelly, since apparently this is a requirement of Nissan itself. I have so many more things I could write about but I won't waste your time. The bottom line is: this place is awful. I hope Fritz takes his sales skills somewhere else. Everyone else should stay at Kelly, at least then I know they are concentrated at one awful location. More
