We actually came to Ken Ganley because of Josh Bruce. He is a great guy and has always looked out for us with our previous car. He set us up with salesman, Iian McCl He is a great guy and has always looked out for us with our previous car. Aidan Harrison was the salesman who took me for a test drive, patiently answered all my questions, helped me with comparison shopping, and ultimately sold me my new car. Ken Ganley Toyota has the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. I have a 2022 Toyota Tundra. There is a recall on the engine that is supposed to be fixed but there is "no remedy" department I have ever dealt with. I have a 2022 Toyota Tundra. There is a recall on the engine that is supposed to be fixed but there is "no remedy" for my vehicle. My vehicle began bucking and stalled several times in traffic. When I called Ken Ganley and the service department finally answered, I was told they couldn't see me for at least a month. I asked what I was supposed to do without a vehicle for a month and the tech said "I don't know what to tell you, try called other dealerships". That's what I did. Jim Shorkey Toyota of Greensburg, not only got me in the same day, they had a Tundra loaner waiting for me. I purchased a brand-new Tundra and two brand new Camrys from Ken Ganley in two years, but no more. This was the last straw. I have never had an issue with my vehicle resolved with Ken Ganley. I purchased running boards with a missing end cap and was told I would have to buy a new set. My gas gauge doesn't read correctly and was told that I would have to prove to them that it isn't working or I would be charged a fee even though I am in warranty. When they performed a warranty repair, I was told to have the gas tank below a half tank. I dropped it off and was later called and said they couldn't do the repair because the tank needed to be less than a quarter tank. The tonneau cover they put on leaks like a sieve and they said they are not guaranteed to leak. My radio presets randomly change and I was told to call Sirius XM. I'm done with Ken Ganley Toyota. I will drive twice the distance from my home to deal with a more reputable dealership. More
