The Finance Manager (Marcelo Rosales) was patient with us as we were purchasing a new vehicle for my son who is a college student with limited resources. We made him work hard for the sale but he never once looked frustrated and made it work for us in the end. The people at Capital Kia are not over aggressive but are definately interested in selling you the car that fit your needs. Nice job done by all! More

We just purchased our second Kia Soul from Capitol. We went back because we are in love with the car AND there is no better place to buy than Capitol! I was told I did not need a spare tire and if I did , I would have to pay more (the car I was considering did not have a spare tire). I was told "good luck finding that car for that price." They were happy to accept the price I offered for the same year car. I drove off their lot in my newly purchased car for price +TTL less than what the people at Capitol would offer. I given the run around. I was told that I was basically paying more for a car because the trade in was higher. When I said I did not want to pay extra for someone else's car or trade in, I was told that it was the best they could do. When I offered a price and Belton had me sign that I would buy today for that offered price, he came back telling me Jeremy said "no". Why did I sign if it was not a deal? I never even met Jeremy. he remained this elusive manager who did not have the customer service enough to discuss in person. I was told Capital Kia was the best place to buy a car - that is wrong and I have already begun telling my story to others. I think Charles Maund will appreciate the business. More

By far the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. They didn't try to sell us anything out of our price range, and gave us exactly the car we asked for. Everyone at Capital Kia were absolutely WONDERFUL!! Our Salesman, Therion, was very polite. He went out of his way to see that we got our New Kia Soul! That's when Benjamin stepped in. He was trying so hard to get us into our new car. We explained that we couldn't go over a certain amount in monthly payments. We haggled a while and decided that it just wasn't going to work out. We were just backing out of the parking space, when Therion and Benjamin both came running out to get us. They wanted to let us know that they had worked with the GM and had gotten our payments down to what we needed. I would SO reccomend Capital Kia and definitely ask for Therion and Benjamin!! I came to KIA to purchase a new vehicle because my KIA Spectra had been totaled in a rear end collision. I was so well taken care of through the entire process, which can be fairly exhausting. Each of these young men took such good and courteous care of myself and my elderly mom. Complete gentlemen! Major and Kelvin tag teamed to take care of me, since Major had a customer when I came back in. They showed above average team spirit and moved us forward without a glitch! I finally decided to go with a lease which I would never have considered beforehand. Kelvin even went out of his way to drive my rental back to Georgetown on his off time, so I could get my new SOUL home! Above excellent service and I am already recomending Capitol KIA!
