I test drove my Mach-E on a Saturday and Bryan Parsell agreed to meet me back at the dealership the next day even though he was not scheduled to work, to assist me with purchasing the Mach-E. The previous owner failed to bring in the portable charger that came with the car, when he traded it in. After a few days of the previous owner not having the curteousy to bring it back in, Bryan Parsell took it upon himself to drive to the previous owner's home and get it. It was a very stressful 4 days not having a charger, having just bought an all electric vehicle, so I did appreciate the 250 kW that came with the purchase of the car, so I could charge it at a public charging station until I got my portable one from the previous owner.
