This is the third car we have purchased from Kings Ford—and we live 45 minutes away and pass multiple other Ford dealerships. We finalized our sale last evening and needed to get our new car home. I will forever be grateful to Robert Williams, the sales manager, who said they would be happy to drive the new car home for us. Five stars to Dee and to Amiri, the sales person in training, who drove the new car and the chase car. In traffic last night the trip home took closer to an hour instead of the usual 45 minutes. And they did not complain and were able to follow me the whole time. I predict these two young men will have successful careers with Kings Ford. I truly appreciated their kindness. I purchased my brand new Bronco from Kings Ford in Mason, Ohio. I had visited two other locations and I was not impressed with the customer service. Kings Ford replaced a brake booster on my 2018 Explorer. There was nothing wrong with the booster. The original issue was what I perceived as a loose break pedal. Have attempted to contact the service Manager. Matt Huber but to no avail. I have tried in person and over the phone. Have left voice messages. He won't return my calls and is always out of the office, gone for the day, or on a call. Here's the real kicker! I went to check my brake fluid and the booster is loose. Yes, loose. It flops around. I called to have them fix what they screwed up and said they could get me in a week from now. I said this is a potential safety issue. They don't care. I guess they have enough business to not care about cars they screw up or misdiagnose. More
