Our most recent visit to Klaben Ford Lincoln of Warren was for the acquisition of an extended warranty after the purchase of a used vehicle. This vehicle was the second my wife and I have purchased in the past couple years; the other being new. On both occasions, Gary James was our sales consultant. During the purchase of both vehicles, Gary has demonstrated that he is personable, reliable, knowledgeable and above all HONEST, which can sometimes be difficult to find in this industry. He has also provided valuable assistance with introducing the service department. He once indicated that the service department at Klaben's of Warren is better than many; they have proven to be so. The Service Department has proven efficient, responsive and capable of resolving issues the first time; and they even wash our vehicles after service visits. I would recommend this dealership and Gary James in particular to anone seeking to purchase a vehicle. More

We were extremely impressed by the immediate attention we received by the sales people on arrival at the dealership.
