Mike went out of his way to make it right by giving us a complementary, the works coupon and a gas card. He is very personable with his customers. We will continue to request Mike Brandvold for all of our service work at Klaben, which is the best dealership there is, in my opinion. More
Lincoln MKS Accident I was in an accident, being hit from behind. Klaben got my car in very quickly, took care of the car rental and had my bumper fixed in 3 days. Kenny, Artie and Steve worked as a great team to get this done fast. They even detailed my entire car inside and out. Looks and drives like new. Brandon Brinko is a wonderful asset to the company! He is personable and professional and on-the-ball! I've been very impressed with his work ethic; follow up; and attention to detail. In fact, he contacted me recently about some warranty work that needed done to the paint on my Ford Escape. I never would have known that I had some rust forming if he hadn't contacted me. The body work that I've had done to my Escape has been superb! It needed some pretty extensive work after I had an accident two years ago. After the body shop team was done, you couldn't even tell that I'd been in an accident! And the work that they did is still holding up beautifully even today! Most recently, I was told by another service provider that I was going to need new brakes. I had Klaben take a look at them, and they told me that I actually didn't need new brakes right away, which saved me some money for the time being! That was also very impressive! They didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need right now! When I went to pick up my Escape this past weekend, the Auto Body Manager was also very professional. He even helped me find something in my owner's manual! He didn't make me feel rushed or like I was a burden to help. In today's world where customer service and excellence is very often lacking, I feel very fortunate to have Klaben Auto Body in our area, because they go above and beyond for their customers. More
One of the best collision centers in the area I took my 2015 Ford Fusion to Klaben for some relatively minor body repairs. The experience was actually enjoyable due to the professional manner in which the estimator, Brandon Brinko, handled my case. His professional demeanor and attitude impressed me from the beginning of the experience. He performed the inspection and provided me with a written estimate in what I thought was "record" time. He also arranged for a rental car that would be ready when I delivered the Fusion for repair. Everything went like clockwork. Brandon informed me when the car would be ready to pick up and it was. Turning in the rental was painless and quick, with payment handled by my Loyalty Link membership. All-in-all, I would rate Brandon's performance as Outstanding. He is a knowlegeable young man who knows what he is doing and transmits that knowledge to his customers. I left the shop knowing that my vehicle would be repaired right the first time and it was, thanks to Brandon and the folks at Klaben. No one likes to deal with collision damage, but if it becomes necessary, be sure to look up Brandon Blinko at Klaben Ford Lincoln Colission Center in Kent, Ohio. More

She and my sales guy, Dan Peters, work together to make the most of the car I am currently driving--in this case a 2013 Ford Fiesta. To top it off, I've often benefited from help when necessary in getting home during my service and returning when it's done. Billy is his name and he's very congenial and knowledgeable. I have had a longstanding relationship with this dealership and with Kent Lincoln Mercury which became a part of the Klaben Ford Lincoln through the various cars I've owned--a 2000 Mustang GT, among others. So, I know a thing or two about this dealer. More
