Wow Impressed with the Fast and professional Service. My husband 1999 Chevy Suburban came into the shop on Monday and was back in my driveway on Tuesday! We purchased our 2006 Trailblazer used from a different dealer but not happy with their service department. Having had several opportunities to work with Brian and the team at Koons we have been thoroughly dealer but not happy with their service department. Having had several opportunities to work with Brian and the team at Koons we have been thoroughly impressed. Any problem we have faced with the vehicle has been repaired quickly and on several occasions, including for our most recent visit, the problem was related to a special notice or recall that we had not been aware of prior to the service department notifying us when it was time to pay. Costs have been reasonable, but more than that, the customer experience has been exceptional. When it comes time to purchase our next vehicle, the first and last stop will be Koons White Marsh Chevrolet! More
Thanks to the Dennis and Lindsey at Koons Collision center my car looks like new, the work was on time and amazing. My 8 year old car was the training car for two teens and had accumulated lots of scr center my car looks like new, the work was on time and amazing. The steering on my vehicle went out and I had it towed to Koons Chevrolet for an appointment early the next day. Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and the work they did was top of the line. My only Koons Chevrolet for an appointment early the next day. Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and the work they did was top of the line. My only complaint is that I needed to call repeatedly to find out the status of the vehicle and when it would be done. A call from them during the three days my vehicle was in the shop would have really been appreciated. Overall I was satisfied with my experience with them and I would recommend other customers. More

The folks at Koons Chevy Service were very friendly, fast, and attentive to my vehicle. They treated me like I was family. I have had regular maintenance and more major work done there and every time I fast, and attentive to my vehicle. They treated me like I was family. I bought a new van from this dealership. I had to return it for service with only 4k miles on it because the front end was so severly out of alignment it was already wearing the front tires badly! Upon fur it for service with only 4k miles on it because the front end was so severly out of alignment it was already wearing the front tires badly! Upon further inspection there was a nut on the steering linkage that was loose! They insisted the front end wear was from hitting multiple potholes. I have never hit any potholes! It was a new truck that was misaligned from the factory. I asked to speak to the manager (Alex Hafer) and he informed me that they were not going to do anything and I was free to take my van to another dealer. I told him I would have had to of hit two identical potholes on each side to cause the exact same uneven wear pattern on each side. I asked to show him the van in the service bay and he told me he didn't have time to deal with trivial problems! I told him he was being unfair and I told him that if I could not get 2 minutes of his time in the service area I was going to picket his store. He then became extremely irate and started yelling at me! He told the service man to lower the vehicle and get it out of his shop! I couldn't believe what was happening. This guy was acting like some Adolf Hitler protoge'. He then told me to get out of his dealership. Everyone was looking at him like he was on drugs. It was like seeing something from a movie. I tried to call Krystal Koons since she is always talking about "wowing" people on tv. We're gonna WOW ya! Well, all I know is that I got the shaft! I had to buy two new tires and pay for a new alignment on my 3 month old van!!! I would be happy to show anyone my receipts, invoices, etc. from the added expense I incurred. More
