Excellent Service Manager Even though my Land Rover didn't work out due to various problems, the service department was always top notch! Bad customer experience I order a pair of tires. I get a call to confirm my appointment. I drive two hours to the dealership and after an hour waiting, the advisor (Jim) come I order a pair of tires. I get a call to confirm my appointment. I drive two hours to the dealership and after an hour waiting, the advisor (Jim) comes over to tell me that one of the tires did not arrive. At that moment they offered me a loaner (when I requested a loaber before he said they did not have loaners available) and no real resolution for my time lost. It took me a call to his manager to get a resolution that was mutually acceptable. The manager (Joe) was excellent to deal with and I'm glad I was able to address my concern to him. Nevertheless, Jim does not really exemplifies world class customer experience. Please note that I also own a Mercedes Benz and I never had a similar issue in the Benz dealership. More

Poor service department I received a flier from the dealership advertising "Free Multipoint inspection". I called and inquired if this was truly free. I was told yes it was and I scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving I was told this was incorrect and I HAD to have a paid service. Because I took time off to drive to this location I booked the paid service and I had to leave my vehicle. This was because I was not scheduled (even though I had an appointment). I spoke to the service manager who told me the original service agent that checked me in was incorrect and I did NOT have to have a paid service. I asked for some discount because I was told differently and he did not. I am very let down on the whole situation. I have had service done here in the past with excellent results, but this time they dropped the ball. More

My first Land Rover! My first experience was to call the dealership and talk with a salesperson to set an appointment. They were very flexible and accommodated the time I My first experience was to call the dealership and talk with a salesperson to set an appointment. They were very flexible and accommodated the time I wanted. When I arrived, the receptionist introduced me to our salesperson and the vehicle I was interested in was already pulled up and ready to go! I took it for a moderate test drive (about 10-15 miles) and even though I fell in love with it, my wife and daughter had a few concerns - we discussed these with our sales person and another model was quietly and respectfully suggested. Once we drove the 2nd vehicle, our entire family agreed that we had found the one! I sat down for literally 20 minutes to answer a few questions about financing and within approx. 60 minutes or less of time standing in the dealership, we had finalized our trade-in, lease agreement, everything! We were given the option of coming back later that evening to take delivery, and when we did the vehicle was fully prepped. We were encouraged to take as much time as needed with our delivery tech to feel comfortable with every single feature of our vehicle and our salesperson even came out to our home a few days later to make sure we still loved our new Rover. The Service was in one word "Exceptional". I am just now 5 months later going back in to get the oil changed and a minor recall handled - the dealership is providing us with a Jaguar sedan to enjoy while the Rover is in their hands. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Land Rover. More
