I made an appointment for 10am and dropped off at 9:45. I didn’t leave till after 6pm. I received a call at 11:44 saying they had completed my oil change but discovered all four break pads required repla I didn’t leave till after 6pm. It doesn’t take six hours to replace brake pads, I’ve done my own brake pad replacement. IHowever, you can’t change $500 for labor and complete the repair in a reasonable amount of time. I was the last customer to leave the service department last night. My plans for the day were ruined. When I was given the invoice, I was charged for the oil change. I had purchased 3 additional oil changes at a discounted rate in October which the technician couldn’t verify, but gave me the service yesterday for free, but I had already purchased. Yesterday was a major inconvenience for me. Your service can’t complete an oil change in less than 3 hours. Why schedule an appointment if you can’t manage the service? I get excuses every time I come. I’m not going to continue to come here. I took my wife’s Honda CRV to Perfection and only had one scheduled service take more than 90 minutes. Even with an added service to balance and rotate the tires. Again, there is no reason why what I scheduled and what was added should have required over eight hours to complete, other than to charge a full days labor charge. I asked to have the service manager call me this morning, it’s past noon. I was extremely agitated last night last night. I didn’t want to spend one more minute there last night, but not following up with me this morning displays another level of horrible customer service. More

I'm disappointed in today's service. It took more than 3 hours for an oil change and wiper blade replacement. I received the email with 13 recommendations, at thousands of dollars, to wh It took more than 3 hours for an oil change and wiper blade replacement. I received the email with 13 recommendations, at thousands of dollars, to which I checked "not today." I reviewed it, but found no submit button. I assumed it went through. Then, sitting 20 feet from the service manager, after more than an hour I approached, and was told they were waiting for the online response, the work was completed. They knew that I was waiting. So is this what service has come to..putting all the responsiblity on the customer, with a number of service representatives were crowded around one desk joking, while a customer is a few feet away waiting for her car? I purchased my Prius there, and had every service for the past 12 years there. The warranties are gone, so I might as well find service where employees value customers, instead of hiding behind some offensive application. Lori Killough More

I really appreciate this clean and organized dealership. I especially appreciate my service advisor, Rich. He is professional, always keeps me informed when my car is in for service and provides advice/sugg I especially appreciate my service advisor, Rich.
