I was met at the dealership by Austin where he promptly arranged for my car to be taken back for its service we were at the dealership for about 45 minutes and were notified our vehicle was ready, when any arranged for my car to be taken back for its service we were at the dealership for about 45 minutes and were notified our vehicle was ready, when any of the service personnel were in our car they had covers on the seats and mats on the floor. It took 2 hours for an oil change that was scheduled for 8:00am. That should have only taken 1 hour.
