I would like to sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding during your service visit. It is very disheartening to hear that your experience with our company caused a major inconvenience in the beginning of your morning. It is unacceptable that you were not told where our Service Department is since a key part of our delivery process is to inform each customer where the service department is so this situation does not happen when it is time for regular maintenance. Thank you very much for bringing this situation to our attention so we can correct the information that is given once an appointment is made. Dear "Haiderog," You are correct. You're review was deleted -- BUT because it was a duplicate. You loaded it twice and Dealer Rater doesn't allow that so THEY deleted the duplicate. We cannot delete reviews from this site. Ironically, when Dealer Rate deleted your duplicate post, it deleted my response too!
