I’d like to clarify that, in accordance with Ford Motor Company’s policy, we are unable to accept returns on any electrical components or parts that have been installed. This policy is in place for quality control and safety reasons, as once a part has been used or installed, it cannot be resold or guaranteed to function as new. We understand that this may be disappointing, especially if the part did not resolve the issue or if expectations were not met. However, this standard return policy helps protect both our customers and the integrity of the vehicle's systems. Please note that it was stated in your initial email that you discovered a wiring issue that was resolved and upon installing the original motor it began to work again. Had the item you ordered not been installed, as long as you had the original packing as received we would have been able to intiate a return for you and upon receiving after inspection issued a refund for the item. Please note this policy is also stated on our website under Returns & Refunds / Item Conditions: Products being returned must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition. This means that the products should not have been modified, altered or damaged as a result of attempted installation or usage.
