After the sale they gave me temporary plates for 30 days. Sale went through ok. Problems starts after. Now that they’re not making any money they don’t care about the customer. So it took them 40 days after the sale to register my vehicle. That means that I could not drive my vehicle from day 30 to day 40 I had to call them several times to get this problem fixed. At one point they hid and didn’t pick my texts or my phones acting like stupid kids. Ridiculous! Be aware, if they owe you something after the sale you will need to do it yourself because they don’t care and there’s no money incentive for them.

Finding a trustworthy auto service repair facility is very important to me. I dropped of my vehicle off at Starks Ford for NyS inspection an oil change and a recall. Unfortunately the auto mechanic did the recall first which erased the vehicles monitoring modules which prevented them from inspecting, mistakes happen no big deal but instead of being honest with me they lied and said there machine was broken but I could take my vehicle elsewhere for inspection, when I did the mechanic told me he had to charge me for inspection even though the monitors were not ready he showed me on the DMV computer that the dealer also tried to inspect it with monitors not ready. I hate being lied to, I can’t trust my car to this dealership. A simple service appointment turned into a nightmare because Starks Ford was dishonest.

I was in search of a Bronco Sport and had gone to many websites looking for a particular trim. I came across the Out Banks in this beautiful Eruption Green at Empire Ford in Huntington.. It was a loaner car with very low mileage. I would have preferred new, but Kelly from the internet team gave me a great price and showed me the discount by presenting the original and post sticker price. I went in initially just to inspect the features and ended up driving out with my Bronco within a few hours. The managers Sam & Mike introduced me to Brad Simon, the Sales Specialist. This guy was so accommodating, going over every one of the elaborate features of the Sport. It's a lot to digest and it'll be a learning experience. He offered me a great price on my trade in, so that secured my down payment. We went for a test drive and the Bronco rode beautifully. I already had been preapproved for a loan so Jayson finalized the financing. Brad went over every inch of the Bronco, showing me all the incredible features such as the leather trim seats, moon roof, lighting all over the place and all the modern digital features on the screens. The digital 13 inch screen is amazing. I'll have to give myself daily lessons. I am so pleased to have run into such a great sales team. When I had gone to another dealer, there was an issue with the sunroof on my trade in. I was going to have it repaired since I had still had a lifetime warrantee, but the other dealer wanted nothing to do with my Jeep, which was really in great shape. . At Empire, they said they would have the repairs made without the insurance and gave me a great trade-in value. One less thing for me to worry about. I was surprised at how accommodating this entire team was after the other dealer rejected me. So within a few hours I was driving my new Bronco home. They don't make this metallic green anymore so I was so happy to have found the one dealer that had this in stock. It amazes me how the colors change at the various times of the day when the sun hits just right. I also wanted to mention that I was having trouble with the alarm system and the service team offered to send out a mobile repair unit. I thought that was so nice. even though I eventually solved the problem. So many digital features to be learned. Thank you, Brad for a wonderful buying experience that couldn't have gone any better.

After a $1,600 repair failing to fix the same initial whining noise, they bribed me with a loaner car (after keeping car 2wks) and a "promise to make it right" only if I gave them a 5-star Ford survey rating first. Total scam artists. They performed major work without my authorization and lied to my face about the $999 credit Ford Corporate sent them. No one explained or informed what is my bill how much will warranty cover, how much will be out of pocket. When I asked for a bill explanation, the manager yelled, cursed, and told me to walk home (50 miles) after taking the loaner back. After over $6,400 in total payments, my car STILL has the same issue, and they won't even sit in the car to verify their "work".

5/31/19 I received a call from Bianca because I’m looking to lease an Explorer. She set up an appointment for me to meet with Matthew Lopez at 5:45pm. I called at 5:44pm to let them know I was running 10 min late. When I arrive no one greets me I’m walking around there are no customers. I had to ask someone where Mr. Lopez was and I was told he left. The gentleman named Frank called him and no answer. Mr. Lopez called him back and he said he left because he wasn’t feeling well. He also never let anyone know I was coming so they could help me. I asked who the manager was so I could complain....the manager is Matthew Lopez. Disgusted
