I had contacted the Dealer service dept where the car was purchased regarding a Sat radio problem of locked stations. Sirius said the problem was hardwear and to contact the dealer. I was informed by the dealership serive people that they had no idea what I was talking about and could not help me. I went in cold to Levittown Ford service department, explained the issue and was kindly told "Have a seat and we'll let you know what we find". It turned out that the service people needed help via phone with Ford technical help. It took a few hours but it was done at no cost to me and with the utmost professionalism. I will go no where else with my Mercury Marnier from now on. Andrew was the picture of friendliness and professsionalism. More

I got there early and they took me right in. The service area is new and very clean. A wonderful young man named robert holmes greeted me at the door with a big hello and a smile, and from that point on it area is new and very clean. We were greeted with a smile and Mr. Rollo introduced himself to us. He asked us what he could do for us today? We said that we would like to see two cars and that our intention was to purchase one today himself to us. He asked us what he could do for us today? I liked it, a lot. My husband was more interested in the mechanics of the vehicle. I was interested in the carseats, temperature control, GPS, and keyless doors and starter. Mr Rollo knew EVERYTHING about the car. He answered all our questions and concerns. He was not aggressive nor did we feel that he was pressuring us. Actually, the car sold itself. It's the Limited edition and it came with everything! Mr Rollo facilitated the tour inside the car, so to speak. He showed us the collapsable rear seats, the moon/sun roof features, the radio(Sirus), the personalized seat memory. God, there was so much, I can't even remember all he told us. He was very pleasant and down-to-earth. He had no airs about him. He genuinely wanted to see us happy with whichever car we would decide on. He also, introduced us to the finance person (Dennis)and to the store manager (Joe) Both gentlemen were curteous and well spoken. Within 2 hours, we were the new owners of the Explorer Limited, and I will be the new driver!! :) More

Robert Holmes at the Service Department was amazing. He has to be the nicest person I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. He was so kind and helpful. He called me at work and when I could not talk has to be the nicest person I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. He was so kind and helpful. He called me at work and when I could not talk on the phone he was texting me and keeping me informed. He could not get me a loaner car for the day without the car but was able to send a shuttle to come get me and my kids so we can pick up the car.
