Robert Holmes at the Service Department was amazing. He has to be the nicest person I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. He was so kind and helpful. He called me at work and when I could not talk has to be the nicest person I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. He was so kind and helpful. He could not get me a loaner car for the day without the car but was able to send a shuttle to come get me and my kids so we can pick up the car. Our salesman couldn't have been any nicer and did his best to get the car I wanted. I came in with a specific model already in mind that they didn't have on the lot, but Bruce said he would find it for m best to get the car I wanted. It took a few weeks longer for the car to arrive so the dealership was nice enough to give us loaner for free since we really needed a third car. Even though it took a bit longer than I thought to get my car from another dealership, I felt everyone at Levittown Ford did their best to make it as quick and convenient for us as possible. I love my Fiesta and we're likely going to be back to get my mom a new car! More
