Bought a new F150, still trying to get the hard water spots off. 3 weeks after purchase and is in the shop for problem with electrical system. Unfortunately, I live in Washington, not close to this dealership. This is the only new car I have every bought that is this unreliable and left me stranded twice. Getting a local dealer to arrange an appointment for repair in a timely manner was difficult. Was able to make arrangements at Sunset Ford in sumner which did provide a loaner when they heard what is going on. More

They failed to pay off the loan for my trade-in for SIX weeks. Resulting in extra payments being made, then weeks more of waiting for refund. The service department has failed to let me know when my vehicle is ready to pickup about half the time, so I end up waiting in the waiting room for my car to be done, when in fact it IS done. I could go on about the reasons I'll never spend another dime at Lithia, but honest critical feedback should actually be helpful to them if they in fact want to use it to change for the better. I'd rather not help. More
